Submitting a quote, cart or pricing request does not place a confirmed order, collect payment or reserve inventory or delivery. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt only. Southwest Linen must confirm pricing, availability, service requirements and delivery arrangements before an order is approved.
Customer agreements
Rental commitments, billing, delivery schedules, cancellations, renewals, refunds and replacement charges are governed by the applicable quote, order confirmation or customer service agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement. If the documents conflict about purchased products or services, the applicable customer agreement controls.
Accounts and accurate information
Provide accurate contact and business information and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Keep credentials and sign-in codes confidential, sign out on shared devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Southwest Linen may restrict website access to address security threats or misuse.
Artwork and other submissions
You retain ownership of artwork and other materials you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary permission to provide them and authorize Southwest Linen and providers assisting with your request to store, review, reproduce and use them for quoting, preparing proofs, fulfilling approved orders and responding to your inquiry. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your logo.
Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Career inquiries do not guarantee employment or create an employment agreement.
